Post A :The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) assisting in academic programme administration and student admissions; (b) providing course administrative support to teachers; (c) handling student matters and programme-related enquiries; (d) undertaking invigilation duties; (e) assisting in the Facultys events and activities; and (f) performing specific or general clerical tasks as assigned. He/She will be assigned to work at the Facultys Graduate Law Centre located in Central on rotational basis and to perform duties outside normal office hours to support teaching and Facultys activities.

Post B :The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) performing Facultys general office administration duties; (b) preparing and processing financial and accounting documents, such as purchase orders, expenditure applications, payment vouchers and receipt vouchers; (c) supporting Facultys events and activities; and (d) performing other tasks as assigned. He/She may be required to perform duties at the Graduate Law Centre in Central and / or outside normal office hours to support teaching and Facultys activities.

Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, "Attained" or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) fast and accurate English and Chinese word-processing skill; (v) good knowledge of computer applications; (vi) good interpersonal and communication skills; (vii) the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and multi-task; and (viii) attentiveness to details and accuracy. Having relevant work experience at tertiary institutions is highly preferred.

Applicants must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
