Wealth Intern (Long-Term Intern)

職位 Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Wealth Associate for a long-term internship. This 職位 requires a minimum commitment of one year. You will work closely with senior wealth managers and investment professionals to handle critical operational, administrative, and portfolio‑related duties. This role offers deep exposure to global financial markets, private wealth management operations, and UHNW client relationship dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Account Opening: Manage the end‑to‑end documentation process for opening accounts with custodian private banks.
KYC & Compliance: Conduct regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews and gather Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation.
Meeting Preparation: Coordinate calendars and assemble pitch books, market updates, and agendas for client meetings.
Transaction Execution: Prepare and track wire transfers, trade orders, and capital call documentation.
CRM Management: Maintain data integrity by feeding client communication, meeting notes, and pipeline status into the CRM.
Client Reporting: Consolidate data from multiple private bank statements to generate unified consolidated performance reports.

Requirements

Commitment: Minimum of 12 months (full‑time).
Education: Final year undergraduate or master’s student in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Languages: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory. Cantonese is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools like Bloomberg.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and strict adherence to client confidentiality.
