实验室报告组主管（上海浦江镇）
JD:
1. In charge of Reporting team, manage daily reporting release to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor turnaround time of daily orders, communication with CS/Lab to ensure delivery timely.
负责报告团队，管理每日报告发布以确保按时交付。监控日常订单周转时间，与客服/实验室沟通以确保及时交付。
2. Have a good understanding of laws& regulations, as well as client’s protocol, prepare daily report in a correct and efficient way. Work with Technical Team and prepare the report template. Tailor made report template to meet client’s needs.
深入了解法律法规及客户协议，以正确高效的方式撰写日报。与技术团队协作，准备报告模板，并根据客户需求定制报告模板。
3. Have good utilization of tools (e.g. BlueCore) for order management.
合理利用工具（如BlueCore）进行订单管理。
4. Have an overview of test methods, identify error during reporting checking
概述测试方法，识别报告检查中的错误。
5. Assist manager to collect data and sort out the root case for reporting error for continuous improvement.
协助经理收集数据并梳理根本原因案例，以便报告错误并持续改进。
6. Hardcopy report filing and management.
纸质报告归档与管理。
JR:
1. Education: University degree or above, chemical/physical related background.
大学本科及以上学历，化学/物理相关背景
2. Professional experience: 10-year working experience in related areas, third party testing institute is preferred.
10年以上相关领域工作经验，第三方检测机构优先。
3. Team management experience.

4. Good proficiency in English.
