Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall sustainability and ESG strategy, covering environmental, social, and governance priorities
• Reduce environmental impacts such as resource consumption (water, energy), emissions, waste, and chemical use across production processes
• Oversee pollution control systems, including wastewater and waste management
• Promote responsible chemical handling and restricted substance compliance
• Advance social responsibility initiatives, including fair labor practices, safe working conditions, employee welfare, diversity & inclusion, and prevention of forced/child labor in operations and supply chain
• Support community engagement, local development programs, and positive stakeholder relations
• Strengthen governance practices: ensure transparency, ethical conduct, anti-corruption measures, risk management related to sustainability, data accuracy for reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and codes
• Coordinate monitoring, data collection, internal audits, and third-party assessments across ESG areas
• Increase adoption of more sustainable raw materials and processes
• Support development of responsible and ethical products
• Prepare ESG/sustainability reports, disclosures, and responses to customer/brand inquiries
• Train and build awareness among employees, managers, and suppliers on environmental, social, and governance topics
• Track evolving regulations, industry expectations, and risks in ESG; help the 公司名稱 adapt and stay compliant
• Collaborate with teams (HR, production, procurement, senior leadership) and external partners to drive holistic ESG improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science, social sciences, business, engineering, textile-related field, or similar
• Several years of experience in sustainability, ESG, CSR, or compliance roles (preferably in textile, apparel, manufacturing, or supply-chain intensive industries)
• Understanding of key ESG issues in textile production, including environmental hotspots, labor & human rights challenges, and governance/ethics in global supply chains
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good Cantonese and English (written & spoken)
