Responsibilities

• Analyze business financials and design strategies that optimize liquidity, maximize credit availability, and improve shareholders’ return.
• Build sophisticated, robust, and interpretable financial models to support strategic operational improvements, debt advisory, and turnaround initiatives.
• Apply a high-level understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy processes to draft progress reports, set up internal trading schedules/models, and address creditor claims and disputes.
• Select advanced data collection and analysis methods to formulate informed recommendations that alleviate severe business underperformance and operational concerns.
• Diagnose crisis situations and stabilize client businesses using comprehensive financial knowledge.
• Leverage market-leading technology and predictive data analysis to anticipate emerging operational or financial threats and identify tactical restructuring options.
• Develop leadership and professional capabilities, including inspiring, creating purpose, driving agility, building diverse capability, influencing, collaborating, delivering value, building the business, analytical acumen, effective communication, engagement management, quality & risk management, sales excellence, strategic thinking, problem solving, and technology savviness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related disciplines.
• Professional qualification such as CICPA, HKICPA, Lawyer Certificate, or equivalent is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant professional or audit experience, ideally within reputable professional services firms.
• Foundational knowledge of relevant insolvency laws and regulations, and/or hands‑on experience executing restructuring or liquidation procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, sharp business acumen, and proactive consultative and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze business financial and operational metrics and apply industry benchmarks to pinpoint core drivers of performance or underperformance.
• Maturation, activeness, and commitment, demonstrating resilience to thrive under high‑pressure turnaround environments.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including technical and business writing.
• Willingness to travel.
