Manage end-to-end recruitment for our Asian offices, including 香港, China, 日本, 南韓, and more—from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and extending offers
Partner with hiring managers across offices to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and pinpoint the best-fit candidates for each team.
Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.
Keep a robust candidate database and pipeline ready for future hiring needs.
Conduct new hire orientations and support their onboarding process.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in Workday.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events across Asia.
Organize and run local office events, like employee outings and CSR activities.
Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources management or a business-related discipline.
8-10+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, preferably with multinational firms in dynamic settings.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Recruiter.
Solid track record as Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or equivalent, excelling in sourcing via LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
Exceptionally organized, detail-focused, fast learner who delivers results consistently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with candidates and teams across regions.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Other languages like 日本ese or Korean a bonus.
Proficient in MS Office.
