My client is a Luxury Retail Brand and they are looking for a high caliber to join them.

Job Responsibilities

• Implementing all visual merchandising guidelines and functions
• Manage VM guidelines, plan and other visual tools
• Create, produce and setup seasonal windows
• Manage and monitor special projects such as openings, event setup, pop-up stores etc.
• Manage large-scale event projects from design, concepts to on-site support
• Manage visual merchandising budget and prepare monthly report
• Deliver VM training to retail store team
• Regular store visit in the markets
• Source and coordinate with vendors on props production, seasonal installation, etc.
• Any ad-hoc job duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Design / Visual Merchandising / Related studies.
• At least 6 years in visual merchandising field with luxury retail experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Frequent travelling is required
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
