Programme Manager (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programme management, ensuring timely, scoped, and budgeted delivery.

• Manage internal teams and external vendors across multiple locations.

• Oversee dependencies, release planning, and transition to BAU for implementation projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes (scope, schedule, costs).

• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor performance via key metrics.

• Ensure compliance, conduct audits, and drive continuous process improvement.

• Manage client relationships, support pre-sales, and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• 8+ years in system development projects (preferably IT consulting).

• Expertise in project management, solution planning, and PMO leadership.

• Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools.

• Experience managing large-scale system implementations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural adaptability.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua required); PM certification is a plus.
