You will report to the Shop Supervisor, responsible for assisting in sales, customer service and daily operation of shops in Hong Kong.

Retail Sales Associate / Store Shop Assistant (PART-TIME JOB) - many required

Store location -Airport 

• European lifestyle premium brand and products (well-designed notebook, writing instrument, mobile accessories, travel gears, etc.)

• hourly rate plus monthly product incentive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-         Achieve Companys designated goals and KPIs including the New Retail Concept & Strategy under retail manager and Shop Supervisors leadership;

-         Maximize sales turnover & profitability and contribute to store efficiencies, through application of “Brand Values” and building customer loyalty while raising brand awareness;

-         Maintain all VM (visual merchandising) at proper standards and follow image guidelines set by Moleskine;

-         Run all administrative activities in the store operation, including opening and closing the store, tidiness & cleanliness of the store, ensuring proper cash management & cash register policies, proper use of sale POS System, assisting in managing part-time staff and so on;

-         All other work relating to store operations assigned by Shop Supervisor or the retail manager.

-  At least can provide 2-3 work days

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred 1-2 year experience in retail/shop operation and customer service (student, fresh graduate also welcome)

• Self-driven, be strong in self-motivating to achieve sales targets & delivering outstanding services

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-moving environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion in culture, arts and travelling

• Good customer service skill with pleasant, positive and outgoing personality

• Good command of spoken Cantonese (good English & Mandarin a plus)

• Knowledge in MS Windows and Office, POS

• Candidate may be required to work in rotation in different stores

• Short notice period an advantage
