Senior Property Officer (Mixed portfolio) (Client side)

Client Details:
Our client is a highly reputable real estate developer with strong portfolio in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a senior property officer to oversee a property portfolio of commercial, residential developments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare management document for managed properties according to required service standard and procedures

• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants

• Liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters

• Perform related internal audit in different aspects including ISO, safety and health

• Assist in property performance reporting, and presentation for making improvement recommendation

• Maintain a good relationship with tenants & customers

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines

• Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in property management

• Membership(s) of CIH, HKIH or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
