Site Agent (Building)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the site work progress on schedule;
• Coordinate and carry out the site procedures, resources arrangement and materials on the construction site;
• Liaise and coordinate with all parties on the site safety and quality of the construction site;
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 15 years relevant experience in Building works, Commercial building development and residential projects experience preferred;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
