 For HKIA Online Shop and Food Pre-Ordering Services  

• Work closely with business operation team and retailers to ensure efficient and timely brand on-boarding, product listing and promotional collaborations

• Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to develop effective merchandising and promotion strategies

• Support the launch and execution of promotional campaigns

• Assist in business data analysis and monitoring product performance to drive business growth

• Assist in daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, payment settlement and handle customers inquiries

• Assist in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) for development and implementation of system enhancements

• Degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing or relevant disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce management and/ or merchandising, with exposure in the retail industry is preferred

• Knowledge in E-commerce platforms, merchandising, SEO and digital analytics tools.

• Familiarity with web development and content management systems (CMS)

• Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Proactive, flexible and capable of meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
