Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing across Real Estate, Facilities Management, MRO, Construction, and Logistics categories
Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation through effective negotiation and supplier collaboration
Build and manage strategic relationships with global and regional suppliers while tracking market trends and innovations
Manage RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
Draft and negotiate compliant commercial agreements aligned with client standards
Deliver clear sourcing performance reporting, including savings, ROI, and supplier performance metrics

Profile:

7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement across Real Estate–related services, including Facilities, MRO, Construction, and Logistics
Strong track record of managing complex negotiations and delivering measurable cost savings
Solid contract drafting and negotiation capability with the ability to operate independently
Proven experience in supplier relationship management and category strategy development
Familiarity with leading sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Ivalua
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CPSM, CIPS) a plus
Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin Putonghua preferred
