About The Role

Flower Shop Manager will lead flower shop operations and deliver elegant floral experiences throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily flower shop operations and team performance.
• Plan and oversee floral arrangements for lobby, public areas, guestrooms, F&B outlets, and events.
• Ensure all floral designs reflect Shangri‑La’s standards of quality, creativity, and elegance.
• Handle bespoke guest flower orders professionally.
• Manage flower procurement, inventory, and replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

About You

• At least 8 years of experience in floral arrangement or flower shop operations, preferably in hotels or luxury floral retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong creativity with a good sense of design and aesthetics.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
