Customer Service officer/Asst. Manager - Trade Finance/Corporate Bank

Our Client, one of the leading Global banks in Hong Kong, is looking for a Customer Service Officer/Asst. manager-having prior experience in Banking/Trade Operations for their Hong Kong office as they are expanding operations.

JOB DUTY:

• Perform day to day task of Trade Finance Processing

• Perform daily operations related to import and export bills

• Ensure timely processing of customer requests trade finance, import/ export bills

• Understand internal and external guidelines and policies covering trade operations specifically able to handle Export related transactions and familiarity with transferable LC and back to back LC documents handling would be an added advantage.

• Resolve Client queries and servicing requests as and when they arise within stipulated TAT and without defects

• Copy, file and scan related documents 

• Dispatch documents as per business requirements

• Provide support to business Relationship Managers

Additional Required Skill sets:-

• Should have 1-5 years work experience in Trade Finance operations/ Corporate account servicing

• Good command on MS Excel & its functions

• Well versed with rules and regulations covering international trade finance. Eg. UCP 600 , URC 522

• Must have fluent English,Cantonese or Mandarin language skills
