Client Services Officer

Responsibilities

1. Provide prompt, accurate and high-quality service to HNW clients;

2. Perform client onboarding process and new account opening;

3. Record and update customer data and other relevant information;

4. Coordinate with internal departments, and external parties when necessary;

5. Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

1. University graduate, preferably in business or related disciplines;

2. SFC type 1 license holder;

3. 1-2 years relevant experience in customer service, exposure in Financial industry is a plus;

4. Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

5. A good team player with excellent interpersonal skill and proactive attitude;

6. Detail-minded, well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility;

7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
