Senior Supply Chain Specialist

• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast product demand

• Build models that keep us 99% in-stock without overstocking

• Maintain just-right inventory levels through regular restocking

• Monitor stock flow across warehouses and partners

• Coordinate freight and delivery to our warehouses or wholesale clients

• Build a network of reliable, cost-efficient logistics partners

Own Fulfillment

• Manage daily B2C order fulfillment using SaaS tools

• Work closely with our 3PL and Sales Team to keep orders flowing

Source & Develop New Products

• Turn ideas into products by working with suppliers

• Evaluate samples, negotiate terms, and manage timelines

Handle Purchasing

• Finalize specs, pricing, quantities, and delivery details

• Create POs, manage invoices, and oversee contracts

 Ensure Product Quality

• Uphold technical standards and manage third-party testing

• Liaise with suppliers and labs to guarantee consistency

• Oversee our e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and stores

• Manage listings, orders, checkout flows, and customer service

• 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, sourcing, or logistics (bonus if in e-commerce or a consumer brand)

• Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and great at multitasking

• Organized, detail-minded, and excited by fast-paced environments

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems is a big plus

• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
