Tech Lead / Lead Solution Architect - Large-scale Financial Project

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead / Lead Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the implementation and operation of our payment service platform as part of a large-scale Financial Project.

• Technical Leadership: Own the payment service platform and guide teams through the full project lifecycle.

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional needs.

• System Design & Architecture: Build scalable systems that support complex payment flows.

• Integration Management: Ensure smooth integration with third-party vendors and banking partners.

• Payment Flow Analysis: Optimize flows like DDA, DDI, FPS, and CMU.

• API Development: Design and manage secure Bank Open APIs.

• Testing & QA: Develop robust testing strategies to ensure system reliability.

• Documentation & Training: Create user guides and train internal teams.

• Stakeholder Communication: Keep all parties informed with clear updates.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or technical leadership, ideally in financial services.

• Deep understanding of payment flows (DDA/DDI, FPS, CMU) and Bank Open API standards.

• Proven collaboration with software vendors and banks on complex projects.

• Strong system design skills; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
