We are looking for a high-impact marketing professional with a passion for driving market leadership in IT and telecommunications. In this role, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue for our enterprise solutions. This role requires hands-on ownership of go-to-market (GTM) planning, product messaging, digital and field marketing, event management, competitive analysis, partnership marketing, stakeholder engagement, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate will possess strong copywriting skills, proven demand-generation experience, and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated GTM campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels to generate qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Craft compelling product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials to differentiate our IT and telecom offerings.
Manage end-to-end event planning and execution—including webinars, trade shows, customer forums, and partner events—to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.
Leverage digital marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation, social media, SEO/SEM, email nurture) to drive demand and measure performance against KPIs.
Coordinate co-marketing and partnership initiatives with technology vendors, channel partners, and industry associations.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across product management, sales, finance, and external agencies to ensure alignment and campaign success.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, track spending, and report on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on segment marketing and demand generation within IT or telecommunications industries.
Proven track record of planning and executing GTM campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused content.
Demonstrated experience in managing in-person and virtual events, from budgeting and logistics to promotion and post-event follow-up.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
