Responsibilities:

• Report to Accountant for daily finance operation 

• Handle daily accounting data entry, purchase order, invoicing and manager staff claim

• Assist in month-end / year-end closing of financial activities, prepare accounting schedules.

• Conduct bank reconciliation and intercompany accounts

• Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of financial related duties.

• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years accounts work experience, knowledge to work in construction industry is an advantage

• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Good team player, able to communicate to collaborate well with others

• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel & Word)

• Practical experience with Quickbook is preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is highly preferable
