You will manage existing customer subscription renewals, retention and satisfaction with a portfolio of around 200 different companies within the APAC region, using Odoo as their software solution for business processes. The companies are end-customers and resellers (Official Partners) of Odoo. Your role is to analyze and detect pain points in the management software of your customers and provide or up-sell Odoo solutions to improve efficiency and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
You’ll be working in a small, fun and young team with a 'play hard, work hard' mindset.
