至少8年相關項目管理經驗，有鋼結構/鐵器冷貨/外墻裝飾經驗者優先。
監控現場工作進度，工程質量監督。
較強的管理、地盤溝通和解決問題的能力。
必須具備良好的英語和中文書面和口語能力。
能清晰看懂地盤施工圖紙。
職責：
協調和管理與公司指定項目相關的所有現場活動，包括管理所有項目人員和分包商的職責。
代表公司與分包商、客戶聯絡，併領導項目團隊執行高效、具有成本效益的工程和成本控制。
監控項目、分包商的績效，併解決項目過程中和項目結束後出現的日常問題，管理所分配項目的日常運作。
