助理經理(機電) 食品廠 Assistant Manager (Engineering & Maintenance) - Food Manufacturing

職位描述：

• 負責食品工廠的機電維護及管理工作，確保運作順暢。

• 主導食品生產線設備的維修及保養職能，包括執行預防性及預測性維護、設備故障排查及減少故障，以確保設備達到最佳正常運作時間。

• 定期進行設備檢查及測試，以提升設備的可靠性及效率。

• 監督維護團隊，提供技術指導，並確保符合所有安全及環保法規。

• 與外部服務供應商聯絡，確保其服務水平符合公司要求

職位要求：

• 持有電機工程、機械工程、屋宇設備工程或相關學科的學位／文憑。

• 5年或以上機電設備維護或管理經驗，具食品行業經驗者優先。

• 熟悉製冷系統者優先。

• 持有有效的A/B級註冊電業工程人員牌照及平安咭。

• 具備良好的領導能力、溝通技巧及項目管理技巧。

• 良好英語及粵語的書寫及會話。

• 具備更多相關經驗的申請人將獲考慮聘任為經理。

To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:-

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the maintenance and management of E&M in the food factory to ensure smooth operation.

• Be in charge of the equipment repair and maintenance function for the food production line operations, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment trouble-shooting and breakdown reduction for the best equipment uptime

• Conduct regular inspections and tests to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

• Supervise the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

• To liaise with external service providers to make sure their service standard fulfills company requirement

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

• 5 years or above in maintenance or management of E&M equipment, preferably in the food industry.

• Well versed in Refrigeration System is definitely an advantage

• Possession of A/B Grade Registered Electrical Worker License and a Safety Card.

• Good leadership skills, communication and project management skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

 *Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager*
