Role Purpose:

We are seeking an Application Lead to involve designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Responsibilities include writing and maintaining PL/SQL scripts, developing applications with Oracle APEX, performing system integration and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing ongoing support, and documenting technical designs. 

​A typical day in this Role:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and triggers to support business applications.

  • Develop and customize applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) to meet business requirements.

  • Perform system integration, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and end-users, to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Oracle-based systems.

  • Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations.

Success will depend on:

  • Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience in PL/SQL programming, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for developing web-based applications.

  • Candidate with experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms or attained Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM) would be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for APEX customization.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.

  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and API development in Oracle environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
