What youll do:

• • To support Team Lead to supervise all routine work and products offered related to treasury market settlement operations including new product/system launch/enhancement
  • To assist Team Lead and constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity
  • To motivate and coach staff for skills and knowledge to deal with business growth as well as to mitigate the takeover risk and adopt markets best practice
  • To work closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. compliance, risk etc.) to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS etc.)
  • To perform other job duties such as ad-hoc reports or projects, etc. as assigned by Department Head/Team Lead from time to time.
  • To ensure strict adherence to Service Legal Agreements in BAU.

What you bring:

• • University education or above
  • Minimum of 8-years experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at supervisor level
  • Sound knowledge in areas of treasury products
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements on the relevant areas and internal operational policies and procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Computer literacy with good excel skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English
