Poste et missions

Job Summary: The HR Project and Engagement Manager will lead various HR projects and coordinate key initiatives related to audit, compliance, budget management, strategic planning, employment engagement, diversity and inclusion. This role requires strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business and Project Management:
    • Being the HR representatives in various projects and missions related to audit, risk, compliance, budget etc.
    • Consolidate budget on HR related costs.
    • Follow up on roadmap of HR strategy.
    • Facilitate and follow up on global and regional HR initiatives.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met and expectations are managed.
    • Consolidate from various stakeholders in providing HR reporting
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Proposing initiatives and policies aimed at enhancing employee engagement such as wellbeing activities.
    • Monitor and follow up on actions resulting from employee engagement surveys to ensure accountability and progress toward addressing employee feedback.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement action plans based on survey results, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Drive HR communications to employees to raise awareness of HR initiatives.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, working to create a more inclusive workplace culture through training, awareness campaigns, and policy development.
    • Monitor progress against diversity goals and report on outcomes to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR project management, employee engagement, or related roles
  • Autonomous, proactive, and pragmatic in your approach and recommendations
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and operational actions simultaneously, while encouraging collaboration among various experts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
