- 持認可社會工作學士學位或以上學歷；或持社工文憑/副學士學位，並有5年或以上社工工作經驗人士
- 具中英文讀寫能力及熟悉電腦操作
- 有社區工作、兒童及家長工作經驗優先
- 有責任感、細心、耐性、主動及人際關係良好
- 協助團隊推行社區營造工作
- 5天工作，每週工作44小時，或按服務需要調整工作時間
- 屯門區工作
