Business Analyst (Renewable contract)

The Job

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of policy servicing operations.
• Perform business analysis, elicit, and prepare user requirement documents for projects, in accordance with business requirements from Life Operations Policy Servicing function.
• Participate in solution design ; review system design documentation to ensure the functional design meets the expectations of Life Operations.
• Identify key issues and risks throughout the project cycle.
• Prepare test scenarios and test plans for user acceptance test (UAT) execution.
• Prepare training materials and provide training to business users.
• Coordinate testing and implementation with IT, users and testers

The Person

• Bachelors degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years business analysis experience in Life Insurance industry, with a good understanding of the policy servicing function.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and project management.
• Experience in system revamp projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Team player who is able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
