Objective of the Position: Support company business growth and help us make data-driven decisions through identifying business intelligence and opportunities. Communicate business findings and strategic plans to management team and stakeholders across the organization. What Youll Do: Strategic Analysis & Market Research: Conduct external market research (trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape) to identify growth opportunities for Asian beauty brands in global markets. Perform competitor benchmarking (pricing, product offerings, marketing strategies) to inform business decisions. Support development strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, etc) to evaluate market entry, expansion, and long-term strategic planning. Data-Driven Business Planning: Analyze sales, market share, and operational data to support global expansion strategies. Support scenario analyses to assess the feasibility of new initiatives (e.g., market entry, price positioning). Prepare executive-level reports and presentations with actionable insights for leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide cross-functional support for team operations, including inter-departmental follow-ups and administrative tasks. What You Have: A university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing discipline, with 2+ years of work experience. Strong analytical skills: Experience with market sizing, competitive analysis, and data visualization tools (eg. Tableau would be a plus). A logical mindset and a can-do attitude. Strong curiosity and a genuine passion for continuous learning. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
