Partnership Manager (Payment Exchange)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for researching and exploring global payment channels, collecting and analyzing the business value of each channel, and reporting regularly;

• Responsible for preparing professional presentation materials required for partnership communication, and continuously maintaining and updating these materials;

• Responsible for commercial negotiations with partner channels, ensuring alignment with the companys payment and business development needs;

• Responsible for formulating integration plans for payment channels, monitoring data performance after launch, and coordinating effective collaboration with suppliers;

• Responsible for continuously optimizing channel pricing to reduce transaction costs in business operations;

• Responsible for optimizing backup solutions for payment channels to ensure stable business operations and service quality;

• Responsible for tracking changes on the partner channel side and timely coordinating with internal departments to ensure proper handling;

• Responsible for collaborating with product, operations, compliance, risk management, and technical teams to drive initiatives on the partner side

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields;

• Familiar with payment business, with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in channel development and partnerships within the industry;

• Proficient in payment-related information and fund flows, with strong skills in creating and presenting process documentation and diagrams;

• Familiar with working with card schemes, banks, payment companies, or related financial institutions;

• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make effective decisions based on data;

• Strong awareness of identifying problems and driving improvements;

• Good psychological resilience and stress management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes;

• Excellent team collaboration spirit and a strong sense of responsibility;

• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is preferred;

• Strong sense of professional presence and image
