Solution Consultant / Engineer - Network Infrastructure Solutions (Pre-Sales)

• Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their needs and present network infrastructure solutions, focusing on enterprise networking, mobility, and network security.

• Solution Design: Gather customer requirements and create tailored proposals, including demonstrations and proof of concept tests.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.

• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships and propose appropriate solutions to meet their evolving needs.

• Innovation: Develop customer-oriented automation and software-driven use cases to support strategic decision-making processes.

• Project Implementation: Occasionally assist with hands-on project implementation services.

• Educational Background: A degree holder in Computer Science or IT-related field, bringing a strong foundation in technology concepts.

• Industry Experience: Ideally, 4 years of experience in the IT networking field, with a passion for staying current with industry trends.

• Certifications: Networking vendor certifications or equivalent are preferred, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.

• Hands-on Skills: Practical experience in network infrastructure solutions, allowing you to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Personal Qualities: A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys tackling complex challenges.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese and English to effectively communicate with local and international clients and team members.
