Sales Coordinator

Job description:

  • Provide full spectrum clerical and administrative support to Sales Team;

  • Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, reports; answer incoming calls and general enquiries

  • Update clients list and system database

  • Handle customers enquiries

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years experience

  • High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong in preparing meeting minutes and prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
