SHIPPING CLERK (15K X 13) - jewellery / gemstone trading (Hunghom)

THE COMPANY :

• Indian multinational company
• Manufacturer : fine jewellery, precious gemstones and semi-precious gemstones
• We operate our own mines and partner with other reputed miners in various countries
• We process, cut and polish our own gemstones to ensure maximum quality and value in our own manufacturing plants located in China, India and Thailand 
• Main market : China, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Middle East, South East Asia, Thailand & USA
• We are looking for SHIPPING CLERK - with details as follows :  

THE JOB :

• F.5 graduates  
• Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin a plus  
• 2+ years shipping experience in trading or manufacturing companies  
• Experience in air shipment is an advantage
• Experience in fine jewellery or gemstone is a plus (not a must)
• Experience in overseas markets preferable US/Europe
• Report to the Shpping Supervisor  
• Work in Shipping team of 2 members 
• Focus in air shipment
• Coordinate with courier company
• Data entry and maintain record
• Import Export declaration
• Check courier invoices and arrange payment
• 13 months salary
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Paid sick leave : 12 days per year
