Role :

This position is responsible for providing world class relationship consultation solutions for people from around the World.

The ideal candidate will process an entrepreneur mindset and be passionate about providing help to the companys customers. The candidate will also process high ethnic values and be a believer of the companys core values. The role will work to bring value to the companys targeted markets and be quick to react to market changes as well as providing the latest market insights to the company.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, great at communicating with people at all levels and passionate about empowering people to create a meaningful life for themselves.

Responsibilities :

• Provide relationship consultation to potential clients through telephone calls
• Convert and enroll potential clients into the most effective relationship solution the company provides
• Promote the companys values, products, and services
• Maintain and improve teams work processes continuously
• Manage and respond to customers inquiries via telephone, emails, and social media platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Breakthrough companys goals and targets

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in mindfulness, psychology field
• Bachelor Degree holder in business, psychology, or related field preferred
• Embodies an entrepreneurial mindset
• A good team player with a driven desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded, positive thinking, and willing to work under pressure
• High Cantonese fluency is a must Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter, hunger for success, eager to learn, and open to new ideas
• A strong passion for the internet environment, result-oriented, proactive and independent
• A strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
