• To follow up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently

Job Requirements

• F.5.or above
• Experience in customer service/ retail/ automotive industry
• Candidate with a valid driving license in Hong Kong will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualification Secondary School (F6 / DSE/ IB) Years of Relevant Experience 2 Other Requirements
