Senior Event Executive
Event Planning and Execution: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from venue setup to logistics arrangement and on-site support, ensuring seamless experiences for all participants.
Customer Service Excellence: Respond to inquiries and provide information across multiple channels, including live chat and phone, delivering exceptional customer care.
Financial Management: Prepare accurate quotes, costing sheets, invoices, and related documents, contributing to the financial success of each event.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, tutors, and vendors to ensure smooth event operations and maintain positive relationships.
Educational Program Management: Take charge of cultural educational programme planning, task scheduling, and progress tracking, enhancing the overall learning experience.
Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales administration, business operations, or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in client-facing roles.
Self-Motivation and Multitasking: Highly self-motivated individuals with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing to efficiently manage documentation and communications.
Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work outside usual hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30-18:30) to accommodate event schedules and client needs.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and support multicultural events.
