Senior Shipping Clerk

Job Description

• To follow up Shipping Workflow and handle full sets of import/export documents 
• Well-plan, arrange and track the progress of shipments
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery 
• Monitor shipment schedule and coordinate with forwarder for delivery arrangement
• Liaise with internal and external parties for smooth shipment arrangement
• Well-organized, independent and with good communications skills
• Engage in ad-hoc projects as assigned. 

Job Specification

• High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Shipping or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trading and manufacturing fields
• Experience in consumer electronics products with listed retailers in USA & Europe markets are highly preferred.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook) and ERP
• Immediate availability is preferred.
