• Project Support: Assist the Business Development team in implementing project plans, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.

• Administrative Excellence: Manage administrative tasks, financial reconciliation, and procurement processes for the Business Development team.

• Customer Relations: Liaise with individual customers, insurance agents, and brokers to handle insurance requests, quotations, policy issuance, and payments.

• Analytical Reporting: Prepare regular reports, conduct business analysis, and manage documentation to support informed decision-making.

• Educational Background: Candidates with a High Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for insurance brokerage experience.

• Professional Qualifications: Licensed Technical Representative qualification in both General Business and Long Term Business in Insurance is advantageous.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data analytics and reporting purposes.
