Accounts Receivable Officer(DtC, 1yr renewable contract)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle financial operations related to payment gateways, as well as refunds and chargebacks.
• Oversee transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Maintain precise financial records for all e-commerce transactions

• Work with different departments, such as operations, Direct to Consumer, and customer service, to deliver financial insights and assist in decision-making processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, such as Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in areas such as e-commerce finance, accounts receivable, and payment operations.
• Expertise in ERP systems, and familiarity with Excel
• Possesses strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations, including payment processing and online sales.

• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
