Summer Intern (Operation)

About the role

Kiztopia Hong Kong Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern (Operation) to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Amusement Theme Parks industry, with a focus on the day-to-day operations of our shop.

Responsibilities:

Program & Content Support：

• Assisting with the implementation of engaging activities and programs for children

• Assist in preparing props and setting up venues for birthday parties

• Providing a safe, hygienic and nurturing environment for children to learn and play

• Collaborating with the staff to ensure smooth daily operations

• Participating in training and professional development opportunities

• Providing excellent customer service to parents and families

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Relevant experience or qualifications in the early childhood education, Operations Management, or other related disciplines is an advantage

• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• At least four days a week, working at least six hours each day
