Facility Officer
Job Responsibilities
Support Manager to coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services;
Conduct routine inspections on the Office facility;
Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with company and the clients policies and procedures
Assist in facilities inspections and reports, such as capital projects, operating budget and variance reports
Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Having an aggregate of at least 5 years of experience in property management, with not less than 3 years full-time working experience at management or supervisory level in overseeing cleaning and/or security service contracts in the past 10-years;
Be able to speak Cantonese, simple English and Putonghua to a degree of fluency for the satisfactory performance of his/her duties;
Be able to read and write Chinese and English to a degree of proficiency for the satisfactory performance of his/her duties; and
possess:-
i) a Certificate in Air-conditioning / Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; or
ii) successfully completed a recognised Technician Apprenticeship in air-conditioning / building services / electrical / mechanical engineering.
