Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for certification services. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the certification industry. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders globally. Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. 3. Market Expansion: Expand the companys client base by identifying new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Collaborate with regional teams to tailor certification solutions to meet local market needs. Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills Education & Experience: Bachelors degree Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the certification, auditing, or compliance industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in an international environment. Skills & Competencies: Native English Speaker. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. High level of integrity and professionalism. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
