Equity Derivatives Structurer - VP/Director

Job Responsibilities: • Optimize overseas trading resources, connect with overseas trading counterparties, negotiate and sign OTC agreements, prime brokerage agreements and related legal documents • Support the transactions of the APAC equity derivatives business, both from a document negotiation and regulatory standpoint • Liaise and coordinate external parties and internal departments for the preparation of cross-border derivatives transaction terms, facilitate closing of derivatives transactions • Connect with internal control departments, including risk management, legal compliance, finance, etc., to improve and optimize business processes • Conduct research on overseas market targets and investment strategies, and participate in overseas business innovation • Advise business on regulations around the globe affecting the transactions & structures and on how to structure these to mitigate legal and regulatory risks • Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors   Job Requirements: • Master or above in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, Laws or related disciplines • Minimum 6 years of working experience in EQD Structuring or EQD lawyer, familiar with the domestic and overseas OTC derivatives structure and related regulatory provisions

Equity Derivatives Sales - Senior Analyst/ Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain long-term relationship with institutional clients, such as securities firm, fund, asset management firm, private equity firm, corporates, family offices, and other financial institutions • Ensure day-to-day communication and coordination in enhancing and facilitating over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives business cooperation • Support the client onboarding, market commentaries, documentations, pitch deck preparation, revenue analysis, booking of trades, pricing requests etc. • Handle day-to-day regular client enquiries • Liaise with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Trading, Structuring, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations etc. to streamline process • Assist in arranging relevant client events / meetings • Other duties as shall from time to time be directed by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Master or above in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related disciplines

• At least two years of experience in finance and derivatives
