The successful candidate will be focusing on the below:Family Office & Products: FX, FX Options, Futures, Stock Options, Stocks, Bonds etc.Targeted clients: Banks & Brokers, Fund Managers, Private Banks, Corporates, Investment Managers and Family Offices, HNW and retail / institutional clients

Responsibilities: 

• Expand and strengthen relations with the institutional clients base, including HF, PE funds, family offices or listed co.

• Participate in promoting, distributing and cross-sell Companys and Partners products including research securities and futures, ECM deals, DCM deals, margin financing, structured products and corporate access.

• Responsible for setting up industry funds, mergers and acquisitions funds, or co-investment funds to serve the companys strategic services for enterprises, developing investment strategies, planning investment cycles, investment portfolios, and exit methods.

• Develop corresponding financing plans based on investment needs, negotiate with relevant financial institutions, intermediaries, and peers in the industry, establish a wide range of financing channels, and be responsible for maintaining smooth financing channels.

• Grow the existing portfolio by cross selling the firms capabilities with depth of product, platform and solution knowledge.

• Play an active role to develop our Chinese and foreign institutional client base in both mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

• Market and promote fund administration/fund services to prospective clients such as hedge funds, private equity funds, family offices etc.

• Carry out post-investment management work for invested projects, regularly collect, organize, analyze, and report on the operational status of invested projects, as well as related policies, trends, and dynamics, timely discover potential operational risks, and actively respond to major issues that arise.

• Establish and maintain diverse institutional client relationships, such as Private Funds, Family Offices, Finance Advisers, Asset Management companies etc.

• Building relationship with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue target.

• Strong network in securities firms, responsible for covering and building connection with securities firms.

• Quickly pick up comprehensive understanding of Securities/Futures/Fund

• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree holder in Sales, Investment Management, Finance, Economics or related discipline; professional qualifications CFA / CPA is an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in brokerage business/securities and futures/FX/Family Office/PE fund, i.e. fund valuation or transfer agency asset management/ investment, managing discretionary portfolio, portfolio monitoring, or investment management; proven market knowledge on fund administration business.

• Holder of SFC license in 1,2,3,4,9 is preferred.

• Familiar with the laws, regulations, SFO, FRR and guidelines of the finance industry; Possess solid financial theory foundation and experience in establishing and operating private equity funds; experience in HKLPF and SPC funds is preferred.

• Possess sensitive investment judgment and strong negotiation skills, good moral character and professional ethics, strong team leadership, market development, organizational coordination, and communication skills.

• Solid existing institutional investors relationship in Greater China, Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, strong ability develop new institutional clients; strong network in HNW clients and solid experience in business development.

• Sufficient experience, good market sense and strong knowledge on investment (especially in primary and secondary equity market).

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with ability to server international clients and execute international projects.

• Immediate available is an advantage.

More experience will be considered as Director. Work visa holders is welcome (QMAS / TTPS  / ASMTP Visa).
