Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis through interviews, workshops, and research to understand business and digital transformation objectives.

• Develop tailored IT solutions addressing clients pain points, leveraging the latest in AI, smart meeting, and translation technologies.

• Lead client engagement sessions, presenting solution proposals, technical reports, and implementation plans; guide clients through decision-making with clear recommendations.

• Prepare comprehensive project quotations, pricing lists, and implementation schedules.

• Manage all aspects of tendering and bidding, including drafting commercial and technical proposal documents and engaging in bid presentations.

• Collaborate across sales, delivery, and technical teams to align requirements and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

About You

• Education: Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant IT or enterprise digitalization project experience, and 3+ years focused on solution design and implementation (background in AI, smart meetings, or translation solutions is a strong plus).

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with cloud applications, AI technologies, smart meeting systems, and/or voice/translation solutions is highly regarded.

• Project Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects, conducting client needs assessments, independently designing solutions, and driving successful implementation.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong structured and systematic thinking; excels at transforming complex client requirements into actionable, effective solutions.

• Communication: Excellent coordination, teamwork, client leadership, and presentation skills.

• Language Skills: Fluent Cantonese (essential), proficient written and spoken English (required for daily communication and reporting); Mandarin skills are a plus.
