We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI applications for government, public sector organizations, and large enterprises. This pivotal role combines technical leadership with strategic client engagement, ensuring our AI solutions deliver tangible value—enhancing operational efficiency, decision-making, and public service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Solution Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, ethical, and secure Generative AI solutions tailored to client needs (e.g., document automation, decision support, citizen services).

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, define AI use cases, and present innovative proposals.

• Pre-Sales & Tender Support: Act as a technical expert in sales cycles, crafting proposals, responding to tenders (RFPs/RFIs), and demonstrating solution viability.

• Post Sales Project Delivery: Act as a project manager to oversee the project until successfully completion.

·       Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and schedules.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

·       Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

·       Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.

·       Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

·       Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT application project management.

• 5 years of experience working on government-related IT projects.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
