Wellness Supervisor

Are you passionate about promoting health and safety in the workplace? We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Supervisor to join our team and drive educational and preventive health initiatives at our construction sites and offices. As a Wellness Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing corporate health promotion strategies to enhance health awareness among our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify health needs in projects, and develop tailored health promotion program proposals to meet those needs;
• Promote occupational health awareness among all on-site staff by conducting health programs and collaborating with medical associations to organize educational initiatives, such as health talks, health fun days, and healthy eating options in staff canteens;
• Conduct health screenings and medical checks for staff and workers to assess medical risk factors and behavioral well-being, providing advice and and referrals to medical practitioners if necessary;
• Offer guidance on health and well-being to staff and workers, referring them to medical practitioners when appropriate;
• Provide first aid to staff and workers in case of work injury, and follow up with their health conditions;
• Coordinate with medical service providers to provide different vaccination programs to staff and workers;
• Work with counselling professionals to provide post-crisis emotional support to staff by means of debriefing services, home visits and hospital visits.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Nursing;
• Enrolled Nurse with 3 years experience;
• Registered Nurse will be advantageous;
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS PowerPoint and Canva;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
