Club Manager (Headquarter Base)

Responsibilities

• Participate in new clubhouse projects preparation and management

• Enhance policies and sharing resources of all clubhouses under cost principle, and as a focal point to communicate among clubhouses & relieving staff

• Monitor site staff and clubhouse performance and ensure all safety, sanitation, preventive maintenance, ESG and other standards are consistently met

• Improve clubhouse service and staff knowledge by establishing on-going professional development and training programs

• Provide perspective advice for substantial issues of clubhouses raised by Property Manager at sites 

• Co-operate with other department heads on special projects assigned by the top management

• Review on working instruction of clubhouse daily operation and ensure all Clubhouses are fully comply with the requirements

• Offer innovative suggestion and development plan to enhance services of the clubhouse

• Handling of all licensing issues related to Clubhouse

• Budget control and monitoring

• Develop pre-management maintenance plan for newly developed property sites

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Physical Education and Recreational Studies / Sports & Leisure Management / Hotel Management or equivalent

• At least 8 years relevant experience in senior level of clubhouse management industry with which 2 years relevant of F&B management experience is preferable

• Experienced in communicating with OC/ IO regarding the clubhouse management issues is preferable

• Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, capable of dealing with occupants

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Chinese word processing / Word / Excel and Powerpoint etc.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin is required
