Operations Officer

A leading company in the cosmetics and skincare industry is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand at offline events, introducing and demonstrating products to distributors.
  • Manage invoice settlement and handle receipts during off-site events.
  • Package and restock cosmetic and skincare products, including makeup items.
  • Travel frequently to Macau and Mainland China to serve VIP clients (company-arranged trips).
  • Support logistics and stock flow at event counters.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years customer service, retail, or event support—preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.

Education Requirement:

  • Welcome all Education Level
