Key Account Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing business plan for key retailers and specialists in line with global strategy to achieve sales and profit objectives. This position should incorporate customers and market requirements with local strategy to maximize profitable sales opportunities and to continue the sales growth trend and further strengthen our brands and Companys position as a well recognized business partner with assigned key accounts.

Whats in it for you:

  • Responsible for Key Account Management, business development and promoter team management

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and accelerate profitability and sales

  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Identify upselling possibilities to the existing customers and get listing with proper merchandising support to maximize product assortment

  • Get product training from Marketing

  • Develop annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas

  • Prepare monthly report of global accounts and report to our Group HQ

  • Regular site visits to customers stores to ensure proper listing and visibility

  • Share market intelligence, business issues and other market data with relevant stakeholders to grow existing and new business to meet budget & development goals

  • Negotiate annual contract with customers by reviewing business with customers to show our best level of partnership

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate online campaigns and promotions

 What we are looking for:

  • Degree holder with min. 5 years experience in sales and account management on consumer products

  • Experience in operation of Chain Stores & Department Stores including Outright Purchase (PO) & Consignment is preferred

  • With good business acumen, capable in developing strategic plan to drive the business growth

  • Strong initiative, sales driven and able to work under pressure in fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and proficient computer skills

  • Good command of written/ spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
